Yes. Boarding covers walls, ceilings and bulkheads, set up for a flat, fast finish.
Can I hire you just for taping if the drywall is already installed?
Yes. GEM Finishing tapes and finishes drywall that another crew installed. Send photos of the boarded joints, corners and ceilings and Gary will assess the scope before quoting. Taping and finishing covers joint tape, compound coats (typically three, sanded smooth between each), corner bead and sanding to a paint-ready surface. See drywall taping & finishing.
Do you also remove popcorn ceilings?
Yes. GEM Finishing removes popcorn ceilings, then skims and refinishes them smooth, ready for paint. Send photos of the existing ceiling so Gary can assess its condition and the prep involved. See popcorn ceiling removal.
